The City of Springfield State of the City Address, rescheduled due to January’s ice storm, takes place this evening at the Richard E. Wildish Theater.

Mayor Sean VanGordon will share his vision for Springfield in 2024 and beyond, reflect on 2023’s accomplishments, and announce his selections for Springfield Business of the Year and City of Springfield Employee(s) of the Year for 2023.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The event will start at 6:00 p.m., followed by refreshments and conversation on the Wildish stage.
