Join the Springfield Eugene Tenant Association at the Eugene City Council Public Hearing discussing the Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU).

The conversation around ADUs has been ongoing at the City Council since 2017. Since SB 1051, which allowed cities with a population of over 5,000 make decisions regarding ADUs, the City Council has kicked the proverbial can down the road.

Due to the scarcity of housing and rising rent prices, SETA supports ADUS as a way to address the housing crisis and asks you to show up to the Council meeting in solidarity.
