The River Road and Santa Clara Community Organizations, in collaboration with businesses, the City of Eugene and Lane County, have worked with residents of both neighborhoods to create a vision that will guide decision making for decades to come. The plan focuses on five major areas: land use planning, economic development, parks and natural resources, and transportation.

This community event (repeated on April 10) is a chance to make sure the draft policies accurately reflect what the community organizations have heard from residents, and brainstorm more actions to make the neighborhood vision a reality. Whether you’ve been involved in this neighborhood plan since the beginning or are new to the process, you are invited to give your input.

There will be an open house from 5:30-6:00; the workshop begins at 6:00. A light dinner will be provided.
