Standing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) is hosting this fundraiser for refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants in our community. A recently-resettled refugee will speak about how the coalition has helped them, we will describe how the work of the coalition is growing despite the challenging political environment, and guests will have the opportunity to speak with active volunteers and asylum advocates. There will be a variety of appetizers, a cash bar with selected wine and beer, and live music.
