NAACP Educational Programs Kickoff Event

  • Historic Mims HOuse 330 High St. Eugene, OR 97401 (map)

Join the Eugene-Springfield NAACP to kick off the 2019-20 school year! Many community partners will be on hand to offer information on making the most of this school year for parents and students.

This year is shaping up to be a transformative time for the youth of Lane County, with community partners as well as the Governor stepping forward in collective action to support youth statewide. The NAACP is especially happy to be part of the 2019-20 Lane regional effort to raise African American/Black graduations rate and increase civic engagement.
