The purpose of the Democratic Fourth Congressional District Committee shall be to promote the interests of the Fourth Congressional District and the Democratic Party of the State of Oregon. We elect district representation to the Democratic Party of Oregon’s standing committees and ensure district representation at State Central Committee meetings of DPO.
